Words of Wisdom: Cultivation of human relations – Is it even possible?

This is one thought that always ponders through my head with my heart giving some really ridiculous explanation. After some serious consideration, I have finally arrived at this conclusion about what really goes through, off course the explanation was based on inspiration and learning from the life of my beloved-Chatrapati Shivaji Maharaj.

Cultivation of human relations is about inspiring someone to the core. But unfortunately, this very meaning of this concept is twisted and walked over several times, for a few it implies dominating others and their feelings.

 Let’s just step back and really discuss what it is all about;

• It is about opening your heart by expressing the innermost feelings, sharing your views and opinions;
• And establishing connect between what you hear from others and your own feelings
• It is also about taking everyone together, and helping them realize their true potential, but without forgetting the fact that even this individual is a unique human being like yourself;
• The wonderful element about this transformation helps one can convert their differences and align them with how to make things better.

 While it is always good to cultivate human relations it is never a good practice to give away your sheer existence. Rather this opportunity should be utilized for truly discovering yourselves all over again. It is important to okay accept and digress the fact that nobody is perfect in this world. Surprisingly, we as humans are eager and quick to point out mistakes of others, rather we should focus on how to improvise and make ourselves a better person in all walks of life.

It is therefore of utmost importance to evaluate everyone on fair grounds. The individual SWOT analysis should point out some rather interesting facts for everyone around how to achieve success together. Therefore it is imperative to not let someone even else get hurt by your overall persona making you a difficult person to deal with.

Human nature is not always rigid and is usually flexible, one should always make a note of that. Never ever force your opinion, thoughts and views on anyone. The golden rule for a successful life should be to accept one for who they are and not expecting them to change from your perspective. This is what really cultivation of human relations is all about.

Additionally it is always a bad idea to label people with categories. As a matter of fact you should spend time in really evaluating the true qualities of a person, and further even share it with them to help them become better human beings. Criticism is certainly never appreciated rather it should be always complemented by a feedback. We must control our anger at all costs and should learn to utilize it for our own good. A pure heart always ensures real success for you.

Having said that this will never be walk in the park. Rather one can expect to encounter some serious variance in opinions and thought processes. A deeper sense of thoughtfulness is required to manage this. While in this process the difference doesn’t have to make anyone enemy of others. Even though people, opinions, situations change one can never change the history. And if that was possible then the future would be drastically different.
